3月16日、日曜日(雨)/自室静養
(大阪、関西Expo駅伝大会、午前9時スタート)
午前1時のラジオニュース、英語番組Design x Stories (住宅デザイン)を聴き、午前2時過ぎに再度の睡眠へ。
朝6時前からは、英語の極意226 (5W1H /when、where、why、who、which、how)、英語の極意227、228(what kind of、how tall、how much)、229を聴く。
午前7時からラジオニュース、その後、英語の極意230(are you Okay ? /大丈夫？、Tell me、what’s on your mind ?/教えて、何があるの？ Wedding anniversary/結婚記念日)。
続いて、Enjoy Simple English(今週の5回、各5分間)、脳トレのために書き出しておく。

午前8時からラジオニュース、英語ニュース、英語番組Trails to 美味しい東京(バナナ)を視聴、午前9時前にベッド休憩へ。
午前10時45分に起床。毎朝のルーティンの後、食事(ヨーグルト、厚切りトースト、ホットコーヒー)、フルーツ(イチゴ、バナナにリンゴ)、ビデオでタイ旅行の内容番組を鑑賞。
午前11時45分からは、英語番組(ニュースで学ぶ現代英語、今週5回分、各15分間をまとめて)を聴きながら、ノートとブログ記入(外は曇り、気温11度)。
正午からラジオニュース気象情報(本日の天気は曇り、予想最高気温13度)、その後に英語番組(弁当エクスポBento Expo/5-13、バター醤油エビ弁当Butter Soy Sauce Shrimp Bento)。
その次の番組、英語の極意(今週226-230、5回分をまとめて聴講)。書き出しておく。

午後2時からラジオニュース(日本語、英語)、その後にランチ(炭酸水、もやし炒め、ナメコ乗せ絹豆腐、ご飯)。食事後、歯間ブラシを使い口内クリーニング。
午後3時40分に、おやつタイム(紅茶、イチゴを載せたババロア)。その後、夕方まで、ラジオ講座、英語の極意226-230。記憶確認のため書き出しておく(和訳は省略)。

その後に英語の極意(229、230、今週の復習)、英語番組(Somewhere Street、Calmar)。夜6時から英語ニュース番組を聴き、午後6時45分からのテレビニュース番組を見る。
夕食後、歯磨きをして自室へ。スマホメモ、写メを見ながら本日の振り返り、明日の予定確認(自宅静養)。ラジオ英語番組(Enjoy Simple English、ニュースで学ぶ現代英語/今週の5回、各15分間)を聴き、午後11時15分に就寝。
